PEC has increased my traffic flow a lot! We are in a small town of about 1,000 people and there is really not a lot available here, so everything we add is a plus to our customers.

Having this service saves my customers from at least a 20 mile drive, as well as additional fees. 95% of my shippers have at the time of shipping made a purchase or have returned at a later time to buy something. We are very happy with PEC and it will continue to grow. I have been very impressed with the support I have gotten from each and every person there. Quick to return calls, and they know their job, not to mention how friendly they have been! In today’s very hard times helping each other means a lot.

We at Ace Hardware of Clare are very grateful to have had the opportunity to bring Package Express into our store.  We are located in a rural market and the closest place for my customers to ship via UPS is over 20 miles away. We hear on a daily basis that they love the fact they don’t have to travel to ship packages.  We were able to pick up the Package Express service from a Pharmacy that went out of business in our area.  We are very happy with the added footsteps and profits that the program has brought to our store.  We have had the system for just under 2 years and it has grown each month and year.

We now have Package Express shipping in both of our stores. We added shipping in our smaller store about six years ago. After the first year I called Package Express and told them this just wasn’t working out. I’m glad Package Express told me to "stick it out" in our small town as it is now starting to pay dividends. Over the past several years, we have convinced certain regular shippers to let us do the leg work for them and it won’t cost them a penny more. This has paid off since we have gone from 6 packages a month to about ten per week. I even had the other retailer in town who does shipping in the store the other day. She noticed that we did shipping and asked about it. They are still on Worldship and charge an additional $10.00 per package for every one they ship. She said she will be sending their shipping our way from now on.

We have had great success with our "Package Processing & Shipping" center! Providing this service has brought into our store numerous new customers who otherwise may not have ever come in. Most people who come in for there first time just to ship a package will come back to purchase other products that caught their eye while walking through. Offering this service is great for our community because before we were able to ship packages for people who had to drive to the main UPS location in a whole different town. The step-by-step process used to create a shipment is very user friendly, easy to learn, and to easy to teach to co-workers. We have had a few questions about certain packages and we were always able to simply call the support center and they answered our questions every time.

Wannamaker Drug - Cheraw, SC - Cindy Goodwin

Since adding Package Express Centers, Wannamaker Drug has seen an increase in store traffic. People who may have never visited our store before are now coming to process packages. While in the store, they are able to see all the other great services we offer. Hopefully, the positive experience they had shipping their package will cause them to come back and become a regular customer. Anytime new customers are exposed to Wannamaker Drug the store benefits!

We have been using Package Express for 6 years now and it has changed dramatically. When it first started, I was hesitant as to whether or not it would be worth the extra time put into it. Our shipping customers have grown exponentially. We have gone from a few stragglers to an average of 6-10 packages per day. Some days these are mostly drop offs, but the shipping counter is in the back of the store and many of them see something they need before leaving. We have several "regulars" who ship so often we have memorized their phone numbers and don’t have to ask all the questions because they ship to the same people time after time. We also have several eBay sellers who come in regularly to ship their product to their eagerly awaiting customers. Overall, even with the hassle of the occasional claim (PEC is great for helping with those too), it has been a very positive experience.
